ONLINE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Complete application below. 
2. Upon clicking SUBMIT, you will be redirected to our online payment site to pay the application fee.
3. Within 3 business days, the school will send you an email confirmation that your application has been received.

Please be sure to submit the required documents (see below). You may submit the documents now (scan or take a photo) or you may bring them into the school office where we can make a copy. Your application will not be complete until we receive these documents.

    CHILD'S INFORMATION
    ​Please check all programs you are interested in applying for.
    Our facility is not equipped for changing diapers or Pull-ups, unless your child has an identified medical condition that prevents them from using the bathroom independently. 
    The following are required in order to complete your child's application.
    1. Schedule a classroom tour.
    2. Submit the required documents (see below). You may submit the documents now (scan or take a photo) or you may bring them into the school office where we can make a copy. Your application will not be complete until we receive these documents.

    By clicking submit, you will be directed to our credit/debit card processing page. Upon receipt of the $60 application fee, attending a classroom tour and the submission of the above documents your application will be complete.
